Welcome to GlitchProfile, provided solely by Cotton. By interacting with or using the Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
GlitchProfile is a free utility bot designed to help users embed their Discord profiles on external websites.
The Bot allows users to embed Discord profile information on external websites using authorized bot commands or API endpoints. The Bot does not host, store, or manage user-uploaded files or media. All content displayed through GlitchProfile, such as avatars and banners, comes from public Discord URLs or user-provided links.
The Bot only reads public profile information of users who are in servers where the Bot is present. It cannot access profiles of users who are not in such servers. It does not send messages, perform moderation, or interact with users, except for the /help command, which points to the main website.
Note: GlitchProfile and all related websites are self-hosted and operated solely by Cotton. Services may be interrupted, suspended, or permanently discontinued at any time without notice.
You must be at least the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract (typically 13 or older). If using the Bot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
GlitchProfile is provided free of charge. You are not required to make any payments or subscriptions. We do not process or request payment information. Any third-party claims to sell or charge for GlitchProfile access are unauthorized and should be reported at [email protected].
You agree not to use the Bot to:
Do not use the Bot to create, host, transmit, or share any content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, pornographic involving minors, or promotes violence or harassment.
The Bot only accesses public Discord profile information you authorize (username, avatar, banner, and ID). We do not store personal files or sell any personal data. For more details, refer to my Privacy Policy.
The Bot only uses Discord's API and services provided directly by Cotton. It does not integrate with or provide links to any other third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any external services you may choose to use separately.
The Bot and all content, features, and technology provided by us are our intellectual property. The code for GlitchProfile is not open source. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written consent. All rights, title, and interest in the Bot and its branding, features, and design belong exclusively to Cotton.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Bot in accordance with these Terms. All other rights are reserved.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Bot at any time. We may also modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The Bot and related websites are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We make no guarantees regarding uptime or availability; the Bot or websites may be unavailable at any time due to technical issues, power/internet outages, or financial constraints. We expressly disclaim all warranties—whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cotton (the sole owner of GlitchProfile) is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Bot or related websites. You agree that you cannot claim any monetary damages or losses under any circumstances, including if the Bot or websites are unavailable or offline.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlitchProfile and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Bot or any violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to GlitchProfile at any time for violations of these Terms, or for any lawful reason. On termination, your right to use the Bot ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws within your jurisdiction and the location of the service operator. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
